Management consulting is Originated in the accumulation of management practices and the specialized division of labor in the process of economic development. It has the huge value and the great significance in the enterprise operation and management. It is increasingly highly valued by more and more countries and enterprises. Management consulting industry in our country has obtained the considerable development in the past thirty years, but it will still be a long way to go in the future. This study attempts to explore the marketing tactics both the personalization features and the industry universal applicability.Articles was through analyzing the present situation of the domestic management consulting industry and existing some problems, have advantages and face opportunities, especially. Through analyzing market environment, internal resources and core ability of the wisdom consulting company(hereinafter referred to as WMC). Then summary out the advantages and disadvantages, and face opportunities and challenge of WMC, and accordingly make the target market segmentation and positioning for the WMC, so propose to adapt the operating development strategy of WMC which based on customer as the center of the 4C marketing combination strategy.
