This paper applies the marketing theory, describes the actual market conditions of the furniture products produced by Huahe Group, following the philosophy principles which draws general rules from specific cases, and uses the general rules to guide the specific conducts, and focuses on the research of the marketing tactics of Huahe Group's furniture products, based on extensive investigation and research data.At first, it analyses current marketing situations of Huahe Group's furniture products in detail as its marketing organization and talents , products tactics , price strategy , marketing channel , promotion tactics ,etc. it also finds out its present strength and weakness, which offer the study basis for the marketing tactics of Huahe Group's furniture products.Secondly, through the analysis of the market environment, this paper finds out the opportunity and the threat of Huahe Group's furniture products, in order to "know yourself as well as the enemy".Finally, based on the analysis on the marketing environment and the analysis of the consumer's behavior, this paper makes the choices of its market segmentation and target market tactics, and decides the marketing tactics of Huahe Group's furniture products.
