The Application & Perfection Of ISO9000 System In Xihang Gaoke

As a decoration enterprise, Xihang Gaoke has been qualified the IS09001 quality certification and established a primary quality guarantee system in 2003, which was running at a low level and was not adequate to support the company to grow and expand to be an excellent enterprise in the field. For the grand vision, the company must introduce advanced means and tools to improve the quality control system.Based on the theory of quality control and IS09000 quality system, the author has analyzed company' s' situation in different stage during the application of IS09000 by case study, investigation and systematic analysis. Firstly, the article briefly introduces the current situation of implementing IS09000 system about the Xihang Gaoke. Secondly, it listed the problems according to the present situation, analyzed to find out the problems and make out the reasons, finally, carries out the counter-measures to solve the problems. Some conclusions were been made: a) IS09000 can serve as passport to go into the market at most times. The company should to put IS09000 into effect, to set up a whole modern management system, and to standardize the company's activity. b) Established a perfect quality control system is necessary in improving the enterprise management. A suitable management system can bring the system into full play and make the quality management been standardized. c) The key of the IS09000 quality control system is continuous improving. The author hopes the research working of this article could help Xihang Gaoke to improve the quality control system and enhance its competitive capacity to speed up the development of the Xihang Gaoke.
