Research About F Company Application Of ISO9000 Quality Management System

In China, with the rapidly assessment of "car society", the competition of automobile consumption which related to oil sales marking is heating up. Today, the petroleum companies' attention has transferred to follow the satisfaction of consumers:the oil quality and the service quality. F Company, as a petroleum marketing company, in order to enable the enterprises remain its competitive position,it should strengthen its quality management, establish and continuously improving the quality management system.Access to large amount of previous research data, we do the research on the F Company's ISO9000 quality management system model by using the eight quality management principles as a framework. We analyzed the main issues and reasons existed in the process of acing the quality management system in F's branch company in this paper.In order to solve the F Company's existing issues such as insufficient attention of system management, unsuccessful improving the monitoring and measurement works, this paper using the PDCA cycle theory and the incentive theory as a guide, present a solution which is suitable for the F Company. The solution including the creation of mass culture with enterprise features; the formation of a dedicated quality management team; strengthening the approach of document management system and training management system; enhancement the quality of internal audit and implementation the performance appraisal on monitoring the work system running; and through the assurance measures such as establishing the quality management information system, optimizing the service quality management system and enhancement the quality cost management to promote the system continuous improvement. Finally, there is an introduction of the implementation methods of the specific programs that work on F Company.In the article, we establish a generalize application model of a complete and effective quality management system to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, which has important practical significance to ensure the enterprises'long-term stable, sustainable and healthy development. We hope to solve the common problems that existing in the industry, and provide a reference to improve the levels of application of quality management system for enterprises that have similar market forms.
