The present era is of knowledge economy era. The competition of technology-based companies is in the end of competition of technology, capital and talent. Talent is key to the development of technology-based companies. The questions regarding how to retain talent and how to best utilize talent are not only the key academic research target but also the primary mission for human resource management in tech-based companies.The paper is targeted to study how BM company retain and stabilize its talent team in its corporate development. Relevant models and theories (Relative Utility Model)on human resource are used to detect the driving causes of human resource turn over. Questionnaires are used to analyze the work satisfaction level of the company. Systematic analysis and case analysis methods are also used in studying the affecting factors of labor force turn over and its consequences in line with the industrial characteristics of the company. Affecting factors include external factors, organizational factors and individual factors. Consequences include the ones to both the individual and the company. Strategies are proposed regarding the analysis on turn over in the given company to ease and solve the turn over problem: attractive compensation system must be set up; organizational culture and team work spirit must be established; training policies must be set up and opportunities for training must be provided and, career development plan must also be set up and tailored to the right employees.Some conclusions are also obtained from the study of the paper:...
