Fully understand the needs of the core staff, pay great attention to their value, combine their career development goals and business development strategies, enhance the core staff’s sense of belonging and identity to the enterprise to the greatest extent, will effectively motivate the core staff to work actively and creatively, provide the source of sustainable and rapid development for the enterprise.The thesis set MW as object of investigation on the basis of core staff career management, Combination with career management theory, find out the problem and propose optimization strategy aim to career. After research, we found the core staff career management of MW is still In the initial stage, which has not yet been formed to complete career management system. This problem mainly reflected in lack of a scientific career assessment, rational career planning, perfect career development path, effective career development system. In view of the above problems, the thesis bring up optimization strategy of career management mechanism from the point of Organizational career management that include online career assessment, establishment of the employee’s career management information system, enrich career development channel, implementation of vocational teacher system. As the flow of talents is becoming more and more frequent, the research has positive significance to improve MW’s core staff career management, at the same time, it also play a guiding role to the enterprise which is similar to MW in career management practice. |
