Nowadays,in our country "The Belt and Road" strategy,policy banks are carrying the important mission of the implementation of the strategy.In recent years,as one of the policy banks in China,A bank has undergone a reform and transformation,and it has entered a rapid development stage.n order to meet the needs of the country and speed up its pace of development,A bank is facing an important issue that is fast adapting to the financial situation,building high-quality talents and strengthening its competitiveness.Human resources are the first productive forces,and modern human resource management is an important guarantee for the construction of the talent team.And career management is a higher goal and pursuit for modern human resource management.Based on the analysis of the status quo of A bank employees,it is considered that it is very important for A bank to strengthen the construction of talent team to do well the career management of grass roots employees.This paper takes "the research on the career management of A bank employees" as the topic and takes a variety of methods to improve the career management of A banks.First of all,this paper studies the theory of career management at home and abroad.Secondly,based on the current situation of A bank's human resource management and career management,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of career management in grass-roots employees.Thirdly,according to the theory of career management,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in view of the actual problems of A bank.It clarifies the management focal points of A bank employees' career at all stages,and puts forward specific measures and safeguard measures in the implementation of career management,in order to improve and improve the shortcomings of career management of A bank employees atthe grass-roots level.I hope that my thesis can help A bank career management effectively,and play a positive role in improving and perfecting A bank career management.
