In September, 2005, Chinese govemment has alrealdy made the law of direct selling. The standard direct selling will certainly become one organic constituent of the Chinese market economy . The core paint of direct selling industry lies in the person. The direct selling staffs drive question is the core content of the direct selling activity. The current incentive mechanism of direct selling has many malpractices. How to set up the effective enterprise's incentive mechanism of direct selling? This paper is to bring out and solute itoThis paper take this as the starting point, and has summarized and analyzed the motivational theory and motivational factors all-sided , and on this basis, the theory model of incentive mechanism has been designed after the individual behavior modeling had been analyzed and the employee's demands been summarized.Based on incentive mechanism model and The theory model of incentive mechanism, the paper further stated practical incentive mechanism model from the following three levels according to their own characteristics and demand state:enterprise's cultural motivation, material motivation and employee development motivation. It combines the systematic methods designed specifically for the existing incentive status in the enterprises of direct selling with de.tailed opentional model, and provided the practical feasible measure and the method.This article, in view of the realistic drive situation of the direct selling enterprise at present in our country,not only made the further research,but also summerized the incentive mechanism and incentive theory creativly. The author expected it could effectively instruct the management practice, enhances validity which the direct selling enterprise drove, thus enhanced the use efficiency of human resources . Both the realization enterprise goal and the staff individual goal are achieved ,then double wins.
