| The Gansu Panhandle is the most wide scope agricultural yield in Gansu province, which has economic superiority and potential. This area starts construction of Star-Fire industry, using knowledge science and technology to improve regional innovation ability. The main study of this thesis is focusing on improving the innovation ability of The Gansu Panhandle Star-Fire industry belt. Basing one the practical situation of economic development and analyzing the how to improve the innovation ability of this district, try to find a useful way to realize this goal. This thesis has four parts:The first part is introduction which is discussing the meaning and background of the study, summarizing the theory about this study, then propounding the thinking and structure of this thesis.The second part is using the statistics method to analyze and evaluates the innovation ability of the Gansu panhandle. The analyzing result show that the innovation ability of this area is in lower lever and lack of well innovation milieu and innovation networks.The third part is key part of this thesis, deal with the content of strategic of improving the regional innovation ability of Gansu panhandle. Based on the regional innovation theory and the realistic situation of this area, this part composes the regional innovation system. Then present the strategic from three parts: constructing the innovation milieu and cultivating the innovation networks and expanding independent innovation region. Try to get the goal of improving the innovation ability of this area through well environment and networks and the sustaining of independent innovation spirit.The end of this thesis gives some suggestion and measures of the strategic. From five sides to give the suitable measures : to set the leading industry of this area correctly; improve the technology innovation lever and reform the system; exploit the market; develop the industry cluster through market leader; build the learning region. |
