Along with the globalization of economic development, High Level Management Team Control and Cross-Culture Management turn to be the focus of managements and scholars of home and abroad.Leshan-Phoenix is a typical US-Sino joint venture; also it is a very successful enterprise. LPS has grown to be the largest foreign-invested enterprise in west China. As the witness of LPS' whole growth, I hope I can set up joint venture model of Motorola and LRC ---The Dominant Parent Management Joint Venture Model by case study, combining with management level teams control theory and cross-culture management theory. And I make primary.When Motorola and Leshan Radio Factory setting up the Joint Venture, Leshan-Phoenix Semiconductor Co., Ltd., the Dominant Parent Management Joint Venture Model is adopted. Motorola builds LPS's enterprise culture successfully; also resolve the problem of "cross-cultural management" and "top management team built" in LPS successfully.This article has two parts. I give a brief introduction of LPS development in first part, in which the first chapter is Joint-Venture Negotiation, the second chapter is Company's Own Development, and the third chapter is the Change of Joint-Venture Stock Share and Capital Add of Joint-Venture. The second part is about case study and theory discussion. The forth chapter is about comparison and analysis of LPS joint-venture model. In the fifth chapter, it is mainly expatiated the current situation and characteristic of cross-culture high level management team control. The sixth chapter is about the discussion of the mother company of Chinese side-LRC's development during Joint Venture.
