In the economic practice of today’s world which calls for the integration ofresources, the condition of joint venture or transitional management has becomeinevitable. But also it appears that joint ventures are facing many problemsincluding the cross cultural management issues and cultural difference hence, theimportance of implementing effective cross cultural management measures. Thispaper therefore analyzes the manifestation and causes of intercultural conflicts inthe management of joint ventures and forwards the possible cross-culturalmanagement strategies that will help the issue.Though due to the Technological limitations in Kyrgyzstan, the abundantenergy reserve in its border to china is not exploited, the reach experience of chinain the field is believed to have an impact and addressing the importance Chinese-Kyrgyz joined action will have a benefit. This paper in view of this has thereforeconsidered the case of a large petroleum company from Kyrgyzstan and analyzes thecurrent conditions related to cross-cultural problems in venturing and strategies areforwarded to challenge the problem.The paper is structured in the following fashion. First, the cross culturaltheories in view of Kyrgyzstan are elaborated and the related background, purposeand significance of the research work in hand are described. The second chapterillustrates the cross culture theory, including the meaning and features of culture,culture connotation Kyrgyzstan, national cultural differences, and finally expoundsthe basic theory of the cross culture management. The third chapter, through thenetwork of information in Kyrgyzstan big Petroleum Company Profile, and the useof interviews for the specific contents of cross culture management in Kyrgyzstanbig oil companies, inductive analysis presented in Kyrgyzstan big PetroleumCompany of cultural conflict, and analyzes the causes of cultural conflict, the fourthchapter, analyzes oil companies cultural adaptation specific pattern and summarizethe result of cultural adaptation in Kyrgyzstan and finally it forwards suggestionsto solve the cross culture management, related to joint venture.
