In the twenty-first century, the world was swept by the tide of economicglobalization is full. Joint ventures with multinational companies are constantlydeveloping rapidly, everyone began to attach importance to the issue of cross-culturalmanagement, which has already become the forefront of new trends and managementdevelopment. Prerequisite and basis for the healthy development of the enterprise is toimplement an effective cross-cultural management. Therefore, joint ventures andacademia are beginning to focus on this hot topic for analysis to explore joint venturesin business management, what is the cause of cross-cultural conflict? How to resolve todeal with cross-cultural management? These have contributed to the development of thejoint venture. Corporate culture has a unique representative of a typical country isRussia, and the current Sino-Russian bilateral trade and joint ventures increased, whilethe cultural conflict between China and Russia also have some representation. Scholarsaround the world to study Russian enterprises cross-cultural management and little,therefore, the subject of this thesis conducted a series of studies.The issue of cultural differences between China and Russia embarked on a jointventure, the first chapter of this paper briefly discusses the first theoretical study of theSino-Russian cross-cultural background of the rise, but also explain the purpose andsignificance of the topic, summarizes the scholars around the world research on thesubject, and for research, analysis, outlines these issues; Chapter II is targeted forcross-cultural theories to explain, including the meaning and characteristics of Chineseand Russian national cultural differences, culture, culture meaning differences, andfinally to the basic theory of cross-cultural management elaborated; third chapterdescribes the internal situation of Sino-Russian energy investment companypresentation and use of interviews, case studies, a representative of the Sino-Russianjoint venture--Sino-Russian Energy Investment Co., Ltd. to summarize, analyze andpresent the cultural problems of multinational energy investment company in Russia,the analysis identify the specific cause and the status quo of Sino-Russian joint ventureas well as cross-cultural conflicts of the Sino-Russian joint venture effects; Chapter IVsummarizes proposed Russian energy investment company’s corporate culture to adaptto the specific model, that is, through the joint venture of Sino-Russian culturalintegration approaches propose solutions to adapt to the Sino-Russian joint venture lastcross-cultural management measures and recommendations.
