The Researching And Philosophy Thinking About Knowledge Management

In recent years, the knowledge management (ab. KM) is becoming a focus question by enterprises and institutes in China. KM is not only acquired by more and more enterpriser as a culture transform and manner innovation of management but also concerned by many specialists and scholastics as a growing subject. However, there are few people to fonder on the KM question from the point of philosophy view when KM research and activity developed rapidly.The article introduces briefly basic theory and practice research of KM first, then thinks the philosophy phenomena of knowledge and KM from the science and technology of philosophy view, finally try to researches the KM as a self-organization system from the complexity angle, analysis the KM system of self-organization phenomena and self-organization process. Apply self-organization method to analysis the theory of KM. Gives some advice to China enterprise along with the application of self-organization in KM, provides a theory foundation for KM developing in China.
