The research on the management philosophy of e-commerce is in the direction of management philosophy from the perspective of Marxist philosophy.E-commerce is a kind of business model that develops rapidly over the past decade.The development of e-commerce has a profound impact on the society and the economy.The e-commerce created a lot of jobs and trained a large number of business talents.At the same time people's concept of business has changed.The study electronic commerce management philosophy has the characteristics of the epoch and practicalness.This study is based on the practical problem of electronic commerce development in China.We devoted to find out the regularity of the development of electronic commerce by analyzing the e-commerce for people's values,behavior in value,value evaluation and the final value creation and value realization.We also devoted to provide theoretical support for promoting electronic commerce rationally and effectively.At the same time it also embodies the spirit of advancing with the times and the quality of positive innovation in Marxist philosophy.Management philosophy is the integration of modern management practice and the progress of the times.It is also a systematic theory with the significance of world outlook and methodology in the field of management research.The research will promote the development of the theory of management;improve the management level of art.It also innovate the theory actively one the basis of the experience and practice.This paper is divided into five parts to study the management philosophy of electronic commerce with the Marxism value theory as the main line.Part 1:The related concepts of e-commerce and the literature review of management philosophy.In different stages of development,people have different understanding of e-commerce,but the basic understanding of e-commerce remains the same.The rapid development of e-commerce promotes the development of society and economy,and plays a crucial role in the national economy.It's fundamental to build theoretical construct of the value management theory.The premise of the theoretical construct is effectively perceiving the subject and the object of e-commerce and the relationship between them,also the relationship between the parts and whole of e-commerce,the relationship between theory and practice.Paying attention to the dissimilation problem of electronic commerce is a premise as well.Part 2:The value of innovative thinking and practice.Innovation plays a vital role in the rapid development of e-commerce.The construction of innovation thinking and application promotes the e-commerce enterprise's innovation.The competitive advantage,the change of people's concepts of values and the national competitive power are closely related to the innovative development.The innovation of e-commerce not only promotes the development of the industry,but also promotes the development of information industry,logistics industry,and financial industry and so on.On the other hand,we should have critical understanding on dialectical relation between innovation and technology,and pay attention to e-commerce and innovation's influence on people's mind.The cultivation of innovative thinking and the promotion of practicing ability have become the values not only for a single person,but also for the mainstream.E-commerce also promotes the transformation and development of material economy and knowledge economy.It also promotes the transform and free development from substances space-time to spirit space-time.Part 3:The value behavior of organizational strategy and management.The biggest the challenge of electronic commerce is how to recognize the role of the organization.The management behaviors which are the diversity and unity of the organizational structure,strategy implementation,cultural conflict and fusion and the competitive advantage improving will show the complexity and diversity with the changes of competition environment.Secondly,it is very important on how to understand the conflicts between the organization and the individual,on how to achieve the unity of personal values and organizational values,and on how to achieve the overall development of organizations and individuals.These problems are the performances of the management value behaviors,the embodiments of the values in the actual management activities,and also an important affecting factor for development of the organization.Part 4:The value evaluation of economic and social development.In the process of the formation of the value concept and the practice of the value behavior,the value evaluation is the link between them.According with the values of mainstream the society,which is beneficial to the development of e-commerce,requires the establishment of the ethics of e-commerce enterprises including the construction of ethics of individuals and organizations.Under the premise of justice in economic activity it is important to making the leaping development of productive forces,correctly managing the relationships of freedom and equality,and fairness and efficiency.In addition,the government also plays an important role in the value evaluation.The development of a harmonious society can be developed by the development model of e-commerce.Part 5:The value realization of electronic Commerce and our nation's major strategy.The development of e-commerce and the implementation of our nation's major strategy facilitate each other.Firstly,from the perspective of globalization era,e-commerce promotes the global material exchanges and cultural communication and it also conform to the strategy of "The Belt and Road" strategy.Secondly,the development of e-commerce promotes the development of the era of big data.Big data is a reflection of the productivity.By using the big data the manufacturing industry China is upgraded.The big data is also playing a supporting role for the development of intelligence industry,and finally it will help realize 2025 Chinese manufacturing strategy.The combination of e-commerce and China's major strategy is an important way to create value,enjoy value and realize value.Conclusion:Commerce era model of free,open and shared.E-commerce is a free,open and shared business model.Freedom is the core concept of e-commerce;opening up is the essence spirit of e-commerce;sharing is the key to future development.The study on electronic commerce management philosophy is under the concepts free,open and shared mode.The research is practical and fit in with Chinese characteristics.It's the practical reflection and theoretical interpretation of e-commerce and its development.
