Study On Knowledge Management And Its Application Philosophy Of Science And Technology

With the coming of knowledge-based economy ages, the development of scienceand technology and global economic integration, the knowledge has become the mostimportant competitive strategic resources. The information management can't meetthe increasing demand of knowledge. The knowledge management (Abbreviation.KM) has emerged as a new management mode. Recently, KM becomes the mostimportant instructive theory in the management activities of government, enterprisesand libraries and so on in the 21st century knowledge-based economy ages. Therefore,more and more researches are carried on KM in the academic world.Firstly, after analyzes on the background factors, definition, target andcharacteristics of KM, this paper then makes a preliminarily research on KM. Aimingat technology orientation in the KM management activities, lacking of theconsideration of the social factors in study process, lacking of systemic cogitation,this paper puts forward that KM is a integral system of "technology-humankind-society". In the process of KM, the relationship of interaction and interconnectionamong technology, humankind and society must be took into consideration.Meanwhile, the value form of truth, good and beauty and their practical unificationmust be represented. Knowledge innovation is the target of KM. System innovation isthe precondition of knowledge innovation. Organization culture innovation ensuresthe energy of knowledge innovation. Management innovation inspires impetus ofknowledge innovation. Secondly, this paper carries on the theoretical researches fromseveral angles such as technology, the human resource management and the society. Itprovides the theories foundation for the KM application. At last, this paper studies onthe application of the KM. Combining the actual circumstance of each organization and the situation of our country, it puts forward the countermeasures for theapplication of KM in the enterprises, government and library that can strongly benefiteach organization in economic or social effect.
