Stockpile management is one of key points that have great influence upon the efficiency of enterprises' management, but the traditional stockpile management was mainly on the basis of the enterprises' internal flow and requests. Therefore, it can't suit the situation that all the enterprises are related with each other and the supply market is changing rapidly. It brings hope to the new stockpile management that the theory of supply-chain was put forward. It is a pity that there are only a few articles on it and it is difficult to find some that combine this theory with stockpile management well. On the other hand, the existing ones are based upon the focus-model centered on corporations.
