The Distorted And Rational Analysis In Price Of Coal

This paper analyses the statue quo of the price of coal production in our country and summarizes that the serious twist phenomenon, which the producing price of coal production is too low and the ultimate consuming price is too high. The reasons that make the price twist are the prevention from systems and institutions and the problems during the circulation. The fundamental reason is that the coal production does not reflect or cannot reflect completely the value of the coal resource, in other words, the loss made by the cost of coal production. All these reasons result in the price of the coal production in our country remaining rather low in a long period. It is approved by the practice that the price level and the perfection of formation system not only directly influence the developing and using level of coal, the rationalization degree of industrial structure and the sustain development of coal industry, but also relate to the condition if the national economy can develop harmoniously and healthily. In a long term, the price of coal not only should include the producing expense of production and reasonable investing profitability, but also must contain the resource value of coal, the withdrawing cost of coal and the cost of environment. It is the precondition of the sustain development in coal industry and the basic aim and starting point of reforming and perfecting the coal price formation system. Therefore, it is of great significance and can promote the real need of the reforming and developing in coal industry.
