Researches On China's Labor Services Export Under Economic Globalization

The so-called "labor services export", which is also called "labor services output", refers to offer a nation or region's labor force to other ones, aiming to gain foreign currency. The essence of international labor services export is the exchange of the talented labors and the surplus labor forces between nations or regions. These labor forces will be a supplement to a country or region where human resources are deficient. By means of utilizing, exploring and managing them, a nation or region's labor forces will be developed better and healthily.A focal point, after China entered the World Trade Organization (WTO), is the effect on China's labor market. From the gross of the labor market, being a member of WTO creates the conditions for both our country's long-term stability in economy development and for the stable growth in the gross of labor market. From the variable, at the initial period after China entered WTO, our original industrial patterns, the employment patterns and the present system patterns will be broken up, which will result in the adjustment of the economic structures, the changes of the supply and demand of the labor forces, the increases of the unemployment risks, and then form huge pressure of labor force employment. Therefore, this article systematically studies China's labor services export development conditions under the economic globalization, and discuss its comparison superiorities, makes the demonstration analyses to the effects on it, and proposes the related strategies and countermeasures for the further development by utilizing the theory of the labor force commodity, the theory of the international division of labor and the international value, the principle of the comparison superiority and the principle of the human resources. Obviously, the researches of the article have very strong practical significance under the current background.Firstly, this article systematically makes the theoretical analyses to the labor services export under the economic globalization background by utilizing Karl Marx's labor force commodity theory, the international division of labor and the international value theory and David Ricardo's comparison superiority theory and the human resources theory.
