The Sustainable Development Post-evaluation Of Changsha-Xiangtan Highway Construction Project

Because of the limitations of cognitive degree, the designers didn't put Changsha-Xiangtan highway project as one of the Hunan part of Beijing-Zhuhai highway in the construction feasibility study. It lead to the over-duplicated construction today. At the same time , because the neglect to the environment protect in the procedure of the plan and decision, the highway construction breaks the dynamic balance of the regional nature environment., to summarize the experience and paiful lessens of the project, Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the reseach of the highway project post-evaluation, especially of the sustainable development. And the Hunan highway bureau of administration has a strong need to the reseach about the the highway sustainable project post-evaluation.The article find out the important factors which affects the sustainable development of the highway project through the analysis of the Changsha-Xiangtan highway construction project and the real practical situation of its project post-evaluation, and the research of the whole project and the post-evaluation principal part. It bring forward that, to give a project overall evaluation on the highway project, we should think about the sustainanble development factors, not only the object persistent factors, and the evaluation standards should has a reasonable quantification.
