As the market competition environment is complexed and changeable, internationalization and dynamic market competition is intense, and the indeterminacy of whole economy and customer's demand is increasing, the importance of enterprise competition strategy is more and more prominent. The competition strategy, which is a key for enterprise to win in the market competition, determines enterprise's life. This paper, which takes the compatible competition strategy analysis as a topic, develops theory and demonstration research in Hunan Xiangneng Electrician Company.The paper divides into four chapters. The first chapter introduces mainly about research background, frame and research in theory and practice by means of qualitative and the qualititive analysis. It makes systematism induction on the competition strategy of Xiangneng Electrician Company, conducts investigation and research on colleague enterprises, the main competitors, which provides latest reference.The second chapter expounds research foundation of strategic competition theory, introduces the domestic and foreign scholars' research on strategic competition, proposes 'the compatible competition strategy hypothesis', and identifies the validity of competition strategy is a function of four variables, which are the prominent factors of effective competition strategy.The third chapter mainly introduces the implementation environment, finds that each enterprise has its own preponderant market nowadays and enterprise's life has close correlation with its performance in superiority market. As the superiority market transforms unceasingly, the enterprise must defend stubbornly the current superiority market and implement multiplication strategies in order to maintain long-term competitive advantage and seek superiority status in new market. The manufacturer should make correct response suitably to the changeable and expanded market.The fourth chapter proposes several countermeasures and the suggestion on the implementation of competition strategy of Hunan Xiangneng Electrician Company on basis of theory research and demonstration through several cases analysis research.At last, this paper summarizes the main research conclusions, innovation points, research limitations and further study directions.
