This thesis takes the enterprise's competitive advantage as the research object, and expects to analyze the differences between the relevant competitive advantage theories and then integrate those theories into one study system.Firstly this thesis has not only absorbed the idea of the traditional competitive advantage theories, which include the theories that base on resources, capabilities or knowledge, but also has assimilated the relevant achievement of the Transaction Costs Theory which is about the enterprise study, and then analyzes the differences between the both and then integrate them into one study system, so that presents an enterprise's competitive advantage analytic hierarchy model in the enterprise resources disposition level. The model points out that: the enterprise's competitive advantage not only originates from the enterprise's generalized second factorial resources (including environment, resources in narrow sense, capabilities and knowledge) in the enterprise resources disposition level, at the same time lies on the enterprise's generalized first factorial foundational resources--the enterprise's resources disposition platform.Secondly from the "brain" aspect of the enterprise's resources disposition, namely from the enterprise value standpoint angle, founding on the enterprise's competitive advantage analytic hierarchy model, this thesis further constructs an enterprise-value-based competitive advantage model. At the same time, this thesis analyzes the logic of the choice of the enterprise value standpoint, through the analysis of the factors that affect the choice of the enterprise value standpoint, mainly from two typical factors such as the economic and market environment and enterprise development phase.
