The Research On The Developing Strategy Of Satellite-operating Service Industry Of Our Country

With the adjustment of every country's ecnomic and political strategy and the rapid development of the technology of communication broadcast, computer and electron field, spaceflight technology comes to industrialization quickly. The satellite communication ,as the earlist domain to business ,has become the indispensable part in the development of economic and normal life and make a notable change in productivity ,producing manner ,life method and the world's up-class.so make a research on the satellite-operating service industry's developing strategy and put forward the corresponding countermeasure and industry policy is related to development of satellite-operating service industry and also influence the our country's ecnomic and society.The research on satellite-operating service industry's developing strategy is a brand-new task. Though domestic and overseas scholars and experts make lots of researches in this field, unite qualitative and quantitative method to make research in the developing strategy of this industry is little. So the materials I can consult to is limited and my research is hard. However , this makes my thesis possesses the practical and academic significance.My paper includes four parts. The first part is the introduction and in this part I introduce the writing background, significance ,the current research in and out country ,general line, research method and innovations .The second part is the academic content including strategic management ,industry chain and the international competition theory. All the above lays the ground for the following analysis . The third part, including the third chapter ,the forth chapter and the fifth chapter,is the core section in my paper. We analyse the internal and external environment and make clear the key strategic elements in the industry. At last I give the industry's developing countermeasures. The forth section is the sixth chaper, here we bring forward the basic developing measures of our satellite-operating service industry.
