As the key of IT industry, the software industry in China developed rapidly, the market expanded continuously and also competed drastically. How to establish and improve Performance Examination System (PES) in a software enterprise according to the characteristics of medium and small-sized software enterprises has become the strategic choice of building the competence of the software enterprise and the key of HR management.Firstly, this thesis difines the related concepts and features of medium and small-sized software enterprises and their employees, the main problem existing in the appraisal system of employees performance in medium and small-sized software enterprises of our country's nowadays can be found out and improved tactics for the system can be provided directed by the thought of humanism management which can make the system to motivate the knowledgeable employees further potential and improve the rate of utilization of human capital in order to speed up the realization of the enterprises goals.The author expects that this article can supply medium and small-sized software enterprises of our country with some helpful methods and detailed reference for employees appraisal system.
