The Research On The Employees Motivation Mechanism Of Haili Garden Real Estate Corporation

The effective building of employees motivation mechanism helps enterprises to attract, reserve and develop talents, and accordingly promote the achievement of strategic goals of enterprises. Employees turnover and motivation insufficiency are the common phenomena in the real estate industry, which attract broad attention from academic community to industrial practitioners. This paper discussed the problem of employees turnover of Changsha Haili Garden Real Estate Co. with the aim to increase its attractiveness to prospective employees and employees faithfulness and hence the improvement of its competence, which is of great importance for Haili Garden Real Estate Co. to establish and perfect the employees motivation mechanism.Firstly, the operational actualities of Haili Garden Real Estate Co. are presented in this paper, including its history as well as organizational structure, and the human resource problems are analysed, which result from the nature of Haili Garden Real Estate Co. as a young and private-owned enterprise .These illumination supplied a base from an enterprise perspective for the following proposal of the employee motivation mechanism design schemes.In the section of empirical analysis, an investigation into the partical motivation of Haili Garden Real Estate Co. was carried out by employing and combining two measures of questionnaire and interview together. This survey concerned the employees satisfaction, and the data of the total employees satisfaction and the satisfaction of employees in terms of their genders, ages, titles of technical posts and types of work were gained. Whereafter based on the investigation results, we implemented statistical work and a deep analysis, trying to find out the reasons to explain the severe deficiency of motivation of Haili Garden Real Estate Co. from employees demands perspective.On the basis of the principals of classical motivation theories and the analysis of employees satisfaction investigation of Haili Garden Real Estate Co., we outlined the general idea on the motivation mechanism of this company, including the guiding thinking, design fundamentals. And detailed motivation mechanism design schemes respective for senior managers, middle-level managers, engineers and marketing employees were providedUltimately, an analysis was deployed focusing on the implementation of employees motivation mechanism and the specific motivation measures for Haili Garden Real Estate Co. and some instructive suggestions were put forward.
