| The traditional single leadership style can neither meet the different needs of employees in the process of innovation,nor meet the flexible management needs of the new generation of knowledgeable employees.Therefore,it is often difficult to effectively stimulate the innovation behavior of employees.And based on the "both/and" cognitive model of complementary ambidextrous leadership,and the dynamic development of organizational environment more matches,is to change the traditional single leadership style,it emphasizes the managers for employees with flexible leadership style,can promptly resolve employee innovation in the process of various contradictions conflict,which provide key support and guarantee for employee innovation.Based on the self-determination theory and social exchange theory,this paper takes the new generation of knowledgeable employees as the research object,and explores the influence mechanism of ambidextrous leadership(empowering-command leadership)on its innovative behavior from the perspective of power.As an intermediary variable,this is an attempt to open the "black box" of ambidextrous leadership,in order to enrich the localization research of ambidextrous leadership,expand research on the factors affecting employee innovation behavior,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises to effectively drive employee innovation behavior.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)Ambidextrous leadership has a significant positive promotion effect on the innovative behavior of the new generation of knowledgeable employees;(2)Work prosperity and its two sub-dimension vitality and learning play an intermediary role between Ambidextrous leadership and the innovative behavior of knowledgeable employees of the new generation;(3)The exchange of leadership members plays an intermediary role between ambidextrous leadership and the innovative behavior of the new generation of knowledgeable employees;(4)The exchange of leadership members play an intermediary role between the ambidextrous leadership and the prosperity of the new generation of knowledgeable employees.Based on the obtained research conclusions,relevant suggestions are provided for modern enterprise management practices,in order to provide realistic guidance for modern enterprises to effectively manage and stimulate the innovative behavior of the new generation of knowledgeable employees. |
