As China's economic has shifted into what we called the ‘new normal',it is experiencing a period dominated by the great transformation of economic structures.Domestic enterprises are faced with increasing competition pressure.Keeping innovative is the only way for domestic enterprises to stand out.Exploiting potentialities of innovation by the authentic leaders is an economic and efficient way to promote the employees' innovation performance of the enterprises.Therefore,there is a strong requirement to conduct the influence mechanism of authentic leadership and employee innovation performance This paper hope increase the intermediary variable to make more practical application value.Based on Social Learning Theory and Theory of Intrinsic Motivation,this paper investigates the mechanism of the new leadership style of authentic leadership and employees' innovation performance and introduces intrinsic motivation as the mediator variable to explore how the authentic leadership affects the employee' innovation performance.Besides,in the study,the variable of psychological tradition and modernity was introduced to explore its regulatory role between intrinsic motivation and employees' innovation performance.Through the questionare and data analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The authentic leadership had positive impact on employees' innovation performance;(2)The authentic leadership had positive impact on intrinsic motivation;(3)The intrinsic motivation had positive impact on employees' innovation performance;(4)The intrinsic motivation partly mediated the positive influence between the authentic leadership and employee innovation performance;(5)employees' psychological tradition and modernity played a moderated role between intrinsic motivation and employee innovation performance.In view of the above research conclusions,this study puts forward some management suggestions from the enterprise perspective and leadership perspective.
