In recent years, with the constant change of the economic environment at home and abroad, the enterprise also continuously improve their own management level, especially as employees put more attention on their own career, makes the enterprise gradually take Organizational Career Management(OCM) into the management system, the academy also carry on much research on dimensions and influence variables of OCM.As result of rare research on the relationship between OCM and Job Satisfaction,Orgnizational Commitnent at home and the impotant influence of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on the psychology and behavior of employee, this paper chooses the relationship between OCM and Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment as the research object. On one hand because the current domestic research in this area is relatively small, partly because the conclusion of the study has its practical significance. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the influence of OCM on Job Satisfaction,Orgnizational Commitnent,so as to get some meaningful conclusions in theory, and to provide some help for enterprise managers to effectively OCM in practice.The first three parts of this paper proposes research questions and research hypothesis on the basis of the literature and the actual situation of Chinese enterprises,which mainly focuses on the influence of OCM on Job Satisfaction, Orgnizational Commitnent.The fourth part carries on the empirical research, taking Ji’nan city employees as sample, by way of questionnaires to collect data and statistical analysis. Result shows that the OCM has positive effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, namely the level of OCM higher, employees’ job satisfaction and organizational commitment will be higher; Job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment; Job satisfaction has partial mediating effect between OCM and organizational commitment. In addition, the results also revealed that demographic variables have forecast function on the perception of OCM, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, age, education, rank and lengh of service have significant influence on the perception of OCM, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment.And the nature of the company could significantly predict tissue level of implementation of the OCM.The fifth part mainly puts forward some policy suggestions basis on the research conclusion for managers to carry out OCM, in order to provide reference to the management practice of the business.At last,we also research contributions and limitations of this paper according to the situation, and proposed the following possible directions of research.
