Along with the change of economic growth mode, human resources is becoming an important factor in the aspects of promoting economic and social development. It is the basis of competitive advantage increasingly. The public sector as the important organization in providing public goods and service, concern the development of our country efficiently. How to improve the initiative and efficient of the public sector employees was particularly important. Through the effective communication in the organization to increase employee's identity and input is attracting more and more expert and scholar's attention.In the study we select apart of public sector employees in the hebei provice, x city as the samples. Try to find out the relation between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. The study adopts the methods of questionnaire. First, put forward originality hypothesis between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment, next through questionnaire get date to validate the relation of them in the public sector. First, the text discussed the background and meaning of the study, and the purpose and thinking of the research; Second, in the basic of the literature overview of communication satisfaction and organizational commitment, elaborate the influence of communication satisfaction on organizational commitment; Third, design the questionnaire of communication satisfaction and organizational commitment, put forward the framework and hypothesis of study; Next analysis the data, make the influence of communication satisfaction on organizational commitment.Through the study, we find communication satisfaction has significant influence on organizational commitment, affective commitment and normative commitment. But there is little influence of communication satisfaction on the continuance commitment.In the six dimensions of communication satisfaction, communication climate, supervisory communication, horizontal communication has significant influence on organizational commitment. Communication climate, supervisory communication, horizontal communication satisfaction has significant influence on affective commitment. Communication climate, supervisory communication, horizontal communication and informal communication satisfaction have significant influence on normative commitment. There is little influence of communication satisfaction's six dimensions on the continuance commitment.
