Research Of The Application Of CPC In Chinese Motorcycle Export In Terms Of Knock-Down

Because of economic globalization and integration of international market, China enterprises begin to export their products or invest abroad. However, during the process of joining the international competition, domestic enterprises still have some weakness in terms of the technology, experience of international marketing, business management etc. China enterprises now face a new challenge and opportunity: using the newest management concept and management tool to boost management criterion and improve management efficiency. So that China enterprises can challenge competitors abroad more powerfully. As a new management concept, CPC ( Collaborative Product Commerce)will be one fire-new method to solve problems and broadly used in business management.In this dissertation, the application of CPC in motorcycle KD export is researched. First, CPC is introduced from the following aspect: the procreant background of CPC, the concept of CPC and its development, its core ideas and component parts, compare between CPC and other management tools and benefits to companies; and then the transformation of motorcycle export and its relationship with CPC is analyzed: with entering into WTO and economic globalization, companies go into the global market, but also have more severely competition. In order to protect the development of their own industry, the import tariff and import quota of CBU (Completely-Build-Up)are more severe in developing countries, while in terms of KD(Knock-Down)is much lower. So, motorcycle export is mainly in terms of KD in stead of CBU because of the high transport costs and industrial policy. Along with this kind of transformation, CPC (Collaborative Product Commerce) gets to be of great importance.This dissertation also puts forward the general thinking of CPC's implementing in KD export, and the implementing base and process; finally, combining with a company's situation, this dissertation analyzes its existing problems and more intensely competition the company faces. The company's management pattern can not satisfy its management requirements. The key business processes of KD export are redesigned or optimized, so that the company has a scientific and canonical business process and management basement to increase management efficiency and ability to response the customs more quickly. Based on the analyses above, an elementary system is designed and the constitution parts and their functions are also introduced.
