Product is the core of enterprise production and operating activities, the structureof product determines the survival and development of the enterprise.The productstructure adjustment can enhance the enterprise’s ability to adapt to market changes, atthe same time,it can promote the technology progress and sustainable developmentof the enterprise. In recent years,the Beifang yongsheng motorcycle co., LTD hasachieved good results, but at this new stage, the development of the enterprise makesno advance, the contradiction between the existing products and consumer demandincreasingly prominent, the existing products structure can’t adapt to the needs of therapid development of enterprise. Problems faced by the firm make task of productsstructure adjustment more urgent.Make the Beifang yongsheng motorcycle co., LTD as the research object, on thebasis of the research of many scholars and institutions, use the principle of theindustrial economics and enterprise management, reference related data within theenterprise, has carried on the systematic theoretical analysis and empirical inquiry onhow to adjust the structure of existing products.This paper analyzed, summed up the present situation of Beifang yongshengthree-wheeled motorcycle product structure,and use the SWOT analysis method todescribing the enterprise’s internal and external environmental conditions, and sums upthe reasons of current situation of the development, mainly includes the management,technology, culture, etc. Analyzed the Beifang yongsheng three-wheeled motorcycledata, use the BSC to evaluating and analyzing the existing product structure, based onwhich determined the new product structure. Finally,Based on mass customization,the dynamic deformation of three-wheeled motorcycle product model is established.And based on this production model, put forward strategies for the operation of theproduct structure adjustment,which includes increasing a sector the center of masscustomization;strengthening the cooperation of production-study-research and cooperation of production and marketing research; Improving the production processof flexibility;Improving the incentive and constraint mechanism; Adjusting theenterprise culture, promoting the comprehensive qualities of managers, deepening andpracticing "humanistic management" and so on.
