In recent years, the development of electronic commerce expands the company’s sales area and change the traditional marketing of enterprise and consumer shopping ways, which makes the door-to-door logistics services become inevitable. It promotes the rise of the logistics industry in china. With the rapid development of electronic commerce, more and more business enterprises emerge. The main marketing mode for the electronic commerce platform based on the current online marketing, the majority of small and medium-sized business enterprise storage in manual based, backward management, decentralized, transformation needed third party warehousing providing information, systematic, integrated and flexible service.This paper adopts qualitative and quantitative research method, survey research method, literature research method, also applies the theory of entropy and dissipative structure theory and synergetic theory, combined with a variety of research methods and theory makes the thesis more convincing. This paper firstly analyzes the development status of Shandong province in current e-commerce logistics enterprises, and makes the evaluation and diagnosis of the existence of the problem; secondly, builds the structure model of the effect of the growth of enterprises, aiming at the common problems existing in the current reality of the business logistics enterprises, using the theory of dissipative structure, constructing the entropy change model, then using the entropy weight method gives the weight of each entropy; finally, this paper analyses the growth and cooperative relations of business logistics enterprise,then establishes the synergistic growth model in current e-commerce logistics enterprises.The innovation of this paper lies in the new research field, for electric business logistics enterprises. The main theoretical support is synergy theory. The domestic and international collaborative research is much, but applied to the business logistics enterprises almost no, this will be collaborative application domain theory is extended further. In addition, this paper is not simply the application of synergetics theory to solve the problem of the mechanism of the growth of the business logistics enterprises, also applied the statistical method and other analytical methods, such as entropy, entropy method and factor analysis. This makes the project is more scientific.
