Research On Construction Of Virtual Enterprises Based Upon Collaborative Commerce

With the development of economical globalization and information technology, faced the brand-new competitive circumstance, enterprises have to realize that it's so difficult to adapt the rapidly changing circumstance depending upon their own resource and capability. So it's more important to lay emphasis on cooperative competition based on the trust and cooperation. As a new pattern of enterprise organizations, virtual enterprises have attracted more and more attention. Virtual enterprises could not only integrate resources from internal and external enterprises in the pattern of dynamic alliance, but also obtain continuous competitive competence in the business pattern of high-speed and flexible, as well as aggregate resources to improve the whole standard of enterprises in the way of low-cost and high-response. For that, it's a good way to build virtual enterprises to advance rapidly for enterprises. However, on emerging, collaborative commence, as a new pattern of the next generation e-commence, receives great attention with its substance of exchange and integration. A lot of professors and scholars begin to do studying on collaborative commence, and various merchant pulls out of different kinds of collaborative commence software and collaborative information scheme, so collaborative commence is processing forward rapidly, and this provides wider space for improving virtual enterprises. Therefore, it's of great significance to research on construction of virtual enterprises based upon collaborative commerce.At present, the thought of collaborative commerce is infiltrating into the thought of virtual enterprises while studying on virtual enterprises, and some scholars attempt to solve problems in the practice of virtual enterprises via the thought of collaborative commerce, but it has a little literature to do research on virtual enterprises based upon collaborative commerce. This thesis lays emphasis on studying on construction of virtual enterprises based upon collaborative commerce on a large amount of literature. Firstly, this thesis discusses the defining and characters of virtual enterprises, the thought and connotation of collaborative commerce and collaborative commerce chain. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the difference of virtual enterprises between collaborative commerce environment and traditional environment through the method of synthesis research and comparative research, and puts forward the connotation and characters of virtual enterprises under new environment. Thirdly, this thesis lays focus on the construction of virtual enterprises based upon collaborative commerce, analyzes the construction factors of virtual enterprises, discusses the construction process of virtual enterprises, gives out a framework of constructing virtual enterprises under collaborative commerce environment, and studies the organization structure, function modules and information design of virtual enterprises under collaborative commerce environment. Finally, this thesis has made Haier Group as an example of virtual enterprises, analyzes the mode of cooperation and information construction. This provides precious experience for the development of virtual enterprises in our country.
