As the worldwide economic integration speed up, the business enterprise of China actively practices expansion strategy outward, get into the international market with various ways .However, choosing a suitable way into the market is the most complicated policy that a internationalizing business enterprise faces .Under this background, this text investigates the problem that the Chinese industrial business enterprise how to choose the way into the international market ,based on the both side of their internal ownership advantage and location advantage.This text looked back the domestic and international documents about the research of access to market , applied international produce compromised theories model, put forward a set of index system of ownership advantage and niche advantage which matches a Chinese business enterprise actual circumstance, three dimensions of ownership advantage include strategy gentle, marketing ability, technique ability ;Five dimensions of niche advantage include a government policy, market barrier, income and price level, market condition, geography and cultural character .And drew up an investigation questionnaire according to this.The sample is from the industrial enterprises of Chongqing , Beijing and Tianjin ,which engaged in the international business .Through the two stages of investigation with large sample and small sample, and after testing the credibility and validity of the target variable, I build up the binomial logic regression model to inspect the assumption .The result of the empirical study shows that: The result of the empirical study shows that: Between export and direct investment the Chinese enterprises with stronger ability in strategy gentle, marketing, technique etc intend to choose direct investment ; the region with better government policy will stimulate Chinese enterprises prefer direct investment to export, while in the region of a higher income and price level will stimulate Chinese enterprises prefer export to direct investment.At the end , I put forward some advice to the internationalization for the Chinese enterprises from the aspect of strategy gentle ,brand consciousness , technique innovation and host country location factor based on the conclusion from the text.
