Research On Training System Of Aerospace Seventh Academy Based On Study Organization Theory

In order to complete the paper "Research on Training System of Aerospace Seventh Academy Based on Study Organization Theory", the author has learned and comprehended the theory of human capital theory, modern training theory, study theory, system theory, theory of study organization and the training methods.Through the human capital theory study, we realized that the investment to the training of enterprise will be the investment to the enterprise's future. The study organization theory describes the future from the relatively macroscopic angle of view to us to the successful enterprise's happy pattern. But the modern training principle and the study theory are enlightens from the concrete study and the training method for us.
