Study On Evaluation And Countermeasure About Independent Innovation Capability Of JX

At the background of the globalization of economy,science and technology,independent innovation has become the critical factor of the competitive power of enterprises and countries. By evaluating independent innovation competence ,it is helpful for enterprises to know their advantages and disadvantages and to make correct development strategies, so it is valuable to make research on independent innovation competence.From three aspects of initial innovation and integrative innovation and introducing innovation, the paper demonstrates the meaning of the independent innovation, and analyses the influential factors of independent innovation competence of enterprises, and establishes the evaluation index system.Through the method of the Factor Analysis, the paper conducts a case study on JX, and analysis the independent innovation competence of JX. We Take JX and others enterprises as a sample, set up an initial data, and finds out the essential influential elements.We find out influential principal components, which include product and environment component, research component, marketing component, resources investments component, financial component and management component.Making the comparison of JX and other enterprises, we make a conclusion that the independent innovation competence of JX is placed in the middle position of the professing, and give some advice and countermeasures of making development strategies.
