With the competition increasing in automobile industry, much effort is put on the marketing and service instead of the product or quality. However, the agent can't perform well in marketing and customer satisfying if there is no scientific performance evaluation system for them.The agent management in Changansuzuki is oriented by the consequences, and the relationship between Changansuzuki and his agents is characterized with exchanger. The shortcomings of this performance evaluation are obvious, and the resembling of performance evaluation for the agent is in necessity.Kaplan, the Professor of Harvard University and Norton, the top executive of Nolan Norton Institute presented the concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC for short) in 1992 for the first time. The BSC is a kind of comprehensive performance evaluation method based on information, not only consequence but also the process is taken into account in performance evaluation .BSC is used widely abroad and getting perfect in the practice of some industries in our country, the BSC have not been applied to the evaluation of external customers especially in the agent evaluation. So, studying on application of BSC in agent performance evaluation of automobile industry has his importance in theory and practice.Because of the advantage of overcoming the shortcomings in traditional agent performance evaluation system, this paper will probe how to resemble the agent performance evaluation system in Changansuzuki to lead the agent to make great progress in marketing,service,customer management and business management by applying the BSC to it. And what is more important is that we can make some attempts in the application of BSC to the external customer evaluation.
