Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Engineering Project Agent System

For a long time, the government investment projects play an important role in the development of China economy. However, there are still a lot of problems in the construction of projects which the government invests, such as "Three Super", "Absence of Subjects" and so on. These problems have severely restricts the government investment project management, efficiency and benefits from investmentIn order to strengthen the management of investment projects, to improve the quality of construction projects, government introduced the reform of the non-business investment projects and implement "Agent System". However, using "Agent System"in government investment projects in our country is still at an elementary stage, the relevant administrative structure, mechanisms and legal regulations are not perfect. How to establish a reasonable and effective performance evaluation system ,select agents scientific, form an effective mechanism for supervision and encouragement, and evaluate the agents, to make the projects a "controllable" state, have already become the key to success whethes the government implement the "Agent System" or not.This thesis analyzes the status of Engineering project agent system, contrasts the feature of the main patterns of the domestic agent system, explores the motivate mechanism, summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of the Engineering project currently, and proposes the suggestions for improvement. Then on this basis, the thesis studies the main contents of Agent System performance evaluation, the building of the performance evaluation index system and the performance evaluation method of the project management agent system, and builds the evaluation index system of agent selection and the performance evaluation of agent project management, and verifies this approach through an example.
