At present, with the economy becoming more and more global, the competitive environment enterprises face is becoming more and more complex; competition is also becoming more intense. The traditional core capabilities view has developed to a dynamic capability perspective. Dynamic capability is the fundamental driving force and source of obtaining sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises. And one of the key elements of the dynamic capability concept is organizational learning, which is the base of enterprises'innovation and the ability to create dynamic capabilities. Moreover, organizational learning is also the source of gaining competitive advantages. Thus, many researchers start to focus on the relationship between organizational learning and dynamic capabilities, and study the relationship between them and performance. Actually, this study is one part of a project named"Successful factors study of Chinese industrial enterprises which enter international market". My supervisor is in charge of this project. The findings in this paper are the early result of this project. In this paper, we study the relationship among organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and international performance. We also research whether environmental turbulence has a moderating effect on the relationship between dynamic capability and international performance. We use structural equation modeling (SEM) and moderated multiple regression (MMR) mainly in this paper as methods of analysis. The sample is Chinese industrial enterprises. After doing a two-stage study, i.e. pilot study and large sample study, and testing the reliability and the validity of the variables used in this paper, a structural equation model about organizational learning, dynamic capabilities and international performance is established and analyzed. It is found out that organizational learning has a positive impact on dynamic capabilities; dynamic capabilities have positive impacts on international performance; organizational learning has a positive impact on international performance as well. The result of a study on moderating effect shows that market turbulence has a moderating effect on the relationship between dynamic capability and international performance, so does technical turbulence. Finally, we give some suggestions to Chinese industrial enterprises on maintaining international competitive advantages based on the dynamic capability perspective.Foreign and domestic scholars have employed many aspects of research with...
