The complex volatility of economic environment is the biggest feature of today’ssociety, which is also named as The Ultra-Competitive Era. Chinese small andmedium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face elimination crisis at any time in the macroscopicchanging environment, meanwhile the environment provide a lot of opportunities to SMEs.Many wise enterprises jump into innovation wave. How SMEs to innovation? What are itscharacteristics in the SMEs at different stages of the innovation chain? According to thesecharacteristics, what kings of dynamic ability the enterprises need? So as to enhance theirboth sense and behavior of innovation, then the growth of enterprise value can beguaranteed. Thus, through the research of SME dynamic capacities, organizational learningand SME innovation chain, this paper identifies the internal links of three and to reveal theroles of the various elements, and consequently, the counterplan to enhance enterprises’competitive advantage was proposed.In the literature review part, this paper found the relationship between dynamiccapabilities, organizational learning and innovation chain after theoretical arrangement ofthe three, and then it analysis the characteristics and required dynamic capabilities atdevelopment stage, productization stage and industrialization state of the SME innovationchain, after that it proposes the corresponding measures of organizational learning for thedynamic capacities of SME innovation chain and ultimately achieve the purpose ofenhancing the competitive advantage of SMEs. In its case studies part, according to thecorresponding analysis about the emerging and popular domestic mobile phone-Xiaomiphone, verified the counterplan’s effectiveness and feasibility of dynamic capabilities andorganizational learning mentioned above. At last summarizes conclusions and insufficientof this study. |
