Research The Development Strategy On Economy Of Haizhou District, Lianyungang City

Nowadays, developed countries and developing countries pay great attention to the formulating and carrying out of the development strategy on economy. Formulating the development strategy on economy is of great significance. It's of more significance to Haizhou District which is an impoverished area.Based on the review of fundamental theories and present research on development strategy on economy, the article analyzes the current situation and macrography background of Haizhou District, then the article analyzes the present situation and the main problems of Haizhou District during its economy development process. The corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward. Findings are summarized in the following:Firstly, analyzing from the angle of space, according to the achievements of overseas experts, development strategy on economy can be classified to balanced development strategy and unbalanced development strategy. From the past to nowadays, unbalanced development strategy is dominant both in developed countries and developing countries. Unbalanced development strategy gradually becomes the theoretical basis and action guide of many countries.Secondly, the economic development of Haizhou District is seriously delayed. The external circumstances of development are bad, but the fine traffic and policy can be the support of economy. Haizhou District should make full use of exploiting Dong-Longhai production belt and North Jiangsu province, with the integration of Xinpu and Haizhou District, the economic and social goal of Haizhou District will come true successfully.Thirdly, there are quite a lot of problems which exist during the economy development of Haizhou District. Haizhou District is in the process of initial stages of industrialization and the protruding problems exist in industry, economic development space and the supporting system of economic development.Fourthly, in order to promote the economy development step, development strategy on economy should be formulated. According to the industrial development strategy and urbanization strategy which are appropriate for the concrete circumstances of Haizhou District, depending on the supporting system of economic development, the comprehensive economic capacity of Haizhou District will be strengthened.
