| The thesis is based on the theoretical research about concept of business service, economic space, innovation development and so on. Defined the connotation and denotation of business services, summarized the spatial distribution theory and application mechanism of domestic and foreign business service industry in stage, evolution, industry, service and service level, gradient distribution and "center periphery" model.In this paper, I taken Hetang District of Hunan province to promote new-type urbanization as background, through the analysis of the status of Hetang’s business services industry, summarized the characteristics of industrial development, sum up the superiority and problems of industrial development. Basis on the theories, from the "political", "economic", "social", "technological" dimensions to conduct the PEST analysis; at the same time, conducted factor analysis for the influencing factors, calculated the factor scores affect the development of business services industry of Hetang District, and accordingly summed the urgent field of developing the business services industry in Hetang District.This paper established the general idea for the development of the business services industry of Hetang District, made the overall goal of development, the construction of Hetang District into a new trade and logistics center of central region, a new urban consumer services sector, a new livable space and a vice trade center of culture and leisure. Then put forward the countermeasures on the development of business services industry under the background of new-type urbanization of Hetang District, and to optimize the layout of the industry as the mode of "one core, four axis, four centers". This paper enriched the theoretical connotation of new-type urbanization and trade services industry and provided a scientific basis for decision making of business services industry’s sustainable, health and rapid development for Hetang District. |
