Consideration On The Development Of Faram Economy Of Pukou District In Nanjing City

Farm economy in China started in the middle of 1990s, with the rising in the form of family farm in Guangdong, Shandong province. With the depth of the adjustment of economic structure of the agriculture and rural area, relying on resources of deserting rural land and "four kings of barrens"covering barren lands, water waste, beach waste and barren hillock, basis on agricultural industrialization, farm economy by means of the development of land scal and the circulation of land management right were gradually developed all over the countryside. This paper expatiates present situation and effect and experience in the aspect of developing farm economy of pukou district farm Pukou District in Nanjing city, summarizes its typical model, analyzes problems and factors of restricting its further development of farm economy, proposes strategies and measures of developing farm economy of Pukou District.Pukou district is plentiful with natural condition and prosperous agriculture. And Pukou people are also simple and honest. On the basis of making full use of these resources superiority, emphasis on building of the three centers of seedling, vegetable and Italian Poplar, the farm economy in Pukou district has been developed according to local conditions. Since the efforts of recent years, it has possessed certain foundation of developing farm economy. And during the practice of economic development of Pukou district, lots of typical models and experiences have been obtained. A large quantities of modern farms combining sightseeing, leisure and recreation and characteristic dining called "farmhouse enjoyment" emerge from this town.
