Decision Support System Of The Output And Cost Optimal Allocation In Oilfield Enterprise

The allocation of the Output and Cost is the chief work of oilfield enterprise every-year. Traditional allocation method results in irrationality of allocating the Output and Cost for work-area (mine).How to do this work excellently has become the focus of each oilfield enterprise and many oil extraction factories are keeping researching or investigating it since long before. Based on the collaborate with Shuguang Oil extraction factory and Beijing Didahengtong Technology Ltd. on researching an annual Output and Cost optimal allocation method, we have developed the decision support system of the Output and Cost optimal allocation in oilfield enterprise. This DSS includes five function models: the project forecasting, project optimizing, browse and query, system maintenance and user management.In this paper, it firstly expatiated on the application of decision support systems in domestic and international, introduced the basic theory of decision support systems, raised the main models of the Output and Cost optimal allocation, focused on the system analysis, system design and system deployment base on the Unified Modeling Language, and then listed some running instance of the DSS. On the basis of existing research, and integration with the practicalities of optimal allocation in oil extraction factory, this paper brought forward a triangular DSS architecture based on B/S model, combined COM component with Model Base so as to implement the model management system, and used several tools to develop the different models. Finally, the paper summarized the development of the decision support system of the Output and Cost Optimal Allocation in Oilfield Enterprise, and pointed out some important points in the coming further research.
