Research Of The Building Scheme Of Regional Logistics Information

With the quick development of logistics in China, information is the final trend. On the basis of the advanced logistics theory, the modern logistics theory, the regional planning theory, this paper mainly focuses on the building scheme of regional logistics information in China. Applying the qualitative and quantification analysis methods, this paper analyzes the research and the practice situation of building scheme of regional logistics information, sums up the predecessor to study the content, and proposes the building modes and process of regional logistics information and the building scheme of regional logistics information platform. Based on these theories, this paper proposes the whole building scheme of logistics information of Shaanxi province, mainly including the building scheme of logistics information platform, the building scheme of logistics information of transportation industry and the building scheme of logistics information of road freight enterprises of Shaanxi province, and proposes the ten implementary measures of the building scheme of logistics information of Shaanxi province. And the purposes of the paper is to play an important role in the logistics information of Shaanxi province and provide a good example of logistics information of other regions.The main innovative results in this paper are follows:1. The building scheme of logistics information platform of Shaanxi province is put forward. That is, logistics information platform of Shaanxi province is netlike framework which consists of public logistics information platform, logistics parks information platform, industry logistics information platform and enterprise logistics information platform.2. Three logistics information platforms of the fruit industry, the equipment manufacturing industry and the pharmacy industry are constructed, based on the actuality of these industries.3. The four service modes that road freight enterprises change their operation to logistics are proposed summarily, including functional mode, integrative mode, supply chain mode and virtual management mode.
