Research On The Innovative Construction Of Tourism Resources Evaluation System Based On The New Trends Of Tourism Development

Tourism resources is a necessary basic conditions for tourism industry development. And it is the basis for tourism activities carrying out.In the field of tourism research,tourism resources evaluation is an uninterrupted important task for guiding the development of tourism resources, protecting tourism resources and government’s operation management.The tourism industry development has over 13 years since 2003,when the national standard<the tourism resources classification, investigation and evaluation> (GB/T18972-2003) is published. The tourism industry has experienced rapid development for 13 yeas and new trends have appeared. Therefore, the tourism industry is faced with many new challenges and requirements. The new tourism resources evaluation system urgently needs to build. I have took part in practical work for some time, and deeply feeled the challenges and demands.On the basi of in-depth study of 2003< tourism resources classification, investigation and evaluation> (GB/T18972-2003), this paper made a review of three aspects including tourism resources evaluation, the new trends of tourism development and the evaluations for the standard. Nine effective trends and some deficiencies are summarized. For the second, through in-depth interviews with industry experts and investigation, the paper selected six effective trends and made clear of the problems for the standard improving, further putted forward the innovative ideas for standard improving. Thirdly, with the help of my teacher and industry experts, I tried to constructed the new tourism resources evaluation system, including the evaluation method of innovation, expansion of evaluation subject and the integration of evaluation contents.At last, it formed a tourism resources evaluation standard system aiming at new trends of tourism development. The standard consists of evaluation index system and weighted scores, standard table for professional tourism resources evaluation, tourism resources evaluation questionnaires for public evaluation, rules and formulas for score accounting and results description table.
