The flowers are one kind of special product generally liked by the people. As a "sunrise industry" of the new century, the flower industry is an item of collection economy, the society and offering ecology benefit to a body green industry. The development of flowers has already become the Chinese adjustment agriculture industrial structure, developing the rural economy, increasing the important way that the farmer receives. Also it improves the people's quality of life, beautifying the living conditions as well as improving society ecological environment. Our country is vast in territory, crossing many climatic zones as tropics, subtropics, the temperate zone and so on while having many kinds of ecology types and weather patterns. Simultaneously it is abundant in wild flower resources and is one of the richest countries in botanical garden plant resources. China is advantageous in developing flower industry with its resources superiority, the climate resources superiority and the labor force resources superiority. But problems still exist in our country's developing flower industry: it has a shorter time in development; the whole production level is somewhat low; the production method is also backward; flower products' international competition strength is not strong. Many problems remain in marketing aspect in developing flower industry, mainly including: there is a big disparity in product quality and security with international standards; the product structure is unitary; the variety is getting out-dated; the variety renewal lags; product marketing channel is sole circulating the link excessively and creating the marketing cost to stay at a high level. Certain flower products fix an excessively high price. Their circulation channels are chaotic bringing a low transaction quantity. The transportation network system backwardness has restricted the flower product proliferation. The sales method backwardness, the unitary promotion way, a lag of brand marketing, network marketing and green marketing application also pause in the start stage. Today how to utilize modern marketing ideas, take effective actions to enhance our country flower product and increase the market competition strength to impel our country flowers...
