Based on this, carries on the segmentation and the localization using market analysis’s method to the flowers and trees market, had determined the target market, has laid the foundation for as follows formulation marketing strategy. Finally the present paper selective analysis has been able to promote the enterprise competitive power the marketing strategy, in the product strategy, the price strategy, the channel strategy, the promotion strategy and the service strategy five aspects has drawn up some target-oriented marketing strategy measure.
