The trade associations become more important during the development of marketing economic. It is one of the main roles of the public management. And it has the ability of receiving the government function. However, because infected by the history and system of our country, the relationship between trade associations and government is not in unhindered situation, the development of the trade associations is not bright. Finally, put relationship of this three main bodies in a smooth situation.
