An Analysis Of The Predicament And Countermeasures Faced By The "decoupling" Of My Country's Government-run Associations

Recent days,Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and General Office of the State Coucil of the People's Republic of China published a document about helping associations to unhook connections with govement apartments,so this work started around industry associations on decoupling and the decoupling of Nanjing Enterprise Confederation the author works in is on the agenda.The author think it is a reform and it shows the new dawn for the industry associations in our country.In the research of this paper,the author deeply studies and sums up the spirit of New Public Management Theory,uses comparative analysis to compare our industry associations with the development of associations in foreign countries,uses the case analysis to analyze the current situation of Nanjing Enterprise Confederation,introduces the main contradictions when Industry associations faces unhook.By drawing on the advanced operational experiences of foreign industry associations,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the work on unhook.Specifically,the research conclusions of this paper mainly contains four aspects:First,optimize the talent team and improve the personnel management system.Second,enhance economic autonomy and improve the service ability of associations.Third,improve the self-government mechanism of associations?establish authority and credibility.The fourth,improve government support policies and strengthen the comprehensive supervision system.
