It is confronting fierce challenges with so many rivals. In the competitive market, a series of problems such as how to use the inner advantages and catch the external opportunities, make up for the inner inferiors, escape the negative effects coming from outside, have raised new demands for the enterprise to set out the development strategy .After having applied the theories and the analytic approaches of the strategic management, marketing, production run, human resource management and the accounting to the strategic study integrtively , the article analyzed the LIU GUO Co.Ltd's development process and situation, the problem of existing and the enterprise's inner and external environment deeply, worked out the strategies and measures of the integration, the diversification, the cycle -economics and the competition of low cost for the LIU GUO Co. Ltd .
